Gather at 11:30 AM on westside of lake near Ridge Park. Stop at Judge's Station to provide information. 

Established judging criteria for decoration awards:

1   Adherence to theme - America the Beautiful

2  Creativity in implementing the theme

3  Team Spirit !! - Enthusiasm of boat's participants
