Dick Werner, our friend and neighbor

We know how much you all cared for Dick (and his family) so we want you to be the first to know that Dick passed away on April 13 after a short battle with pancreatic cancer. Up until the very end he was relatively pain-free, optimistic about his survival and feeling the love from his many different "families" including his immediate family, the State Fair family, his Maui family and the family from his days running a long-term care facility. Dick, Rose, and the kids/grandkids/great grandkids have appreciated the love and support from his many friends. There will be a memorial service for Dick sometime in the future and we will let you know when we have the details
